Summer Program
With more and more public parks and recreation centers being shut down in north Tulsa, RCF is fulfilling a critical need in the community for constructive activity and a positive, healthy message. We are proud to be able to step up and offer a summer program for youth of all ages. Children will train in general physical fitness and agility, as well as learn respect, dedication, and mental toughness.
Summer Program runs from mid May through mid August. It consists of a morning session from 9 AM to 12:30 PM, and an afternoon session from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Participants may attend either session, or both sessions, at no additional cost.
Breakfast, lunch, and a snack are included. All participants will receive a t-shirt that they should wear during workouts. If your child attends the summer program, you are asked to make a donation (as you are able) to help cover costs. Scholarships are available; we don’t want to turn any child away!
Evening Training
We offer top notch training for youth and adults of all levels, from those who just want to train to improve their physical fitness, to those who want to compete in various sports. Coach Reed’s knowledge, experience, intensity, and unique training methods are second to none.
Training is available Monday through Friday from 7 PM to 9 PM, and on Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM.
